Based on multi-media content from our award-winning science education website, visionlearning.com, Science Explorer by Visionlearning is a unique space to explore science concepts and examine how we have come to understand them, the people who have contributed to our understanding, and the ongoing research that builds our scientific knowledge.

By incorporating both the history of science and process of discovery in all of our learning modules, we promote understanding of what it is to be a scientist -- not the memorization of facts.

With Science Explorer by Visionlearning, everyone has access to the information they need to become scientifically literate. Our modules have been tested and reviewed by students and teachers, and incorporate a number of proven features aimed toward improving literacy and concept understanding. Users are able to switch between English and Spanish versions of the text, listen to recordings of the modules, use an embedded science glossary, and more.
